Not only is a logical choice for alternative fuel, but now it is helping cancer patients as well.

Japanese researchers did a study on 12 patients with cancer and found that by injecting ethanol into the cancerous area reduced the tumors by 50% .

Can any by-product of fossil fuels do that?
